We recently had the opportunity to help an incredible couple find their first home together. High School sweethearts A&T were referred to us by a mutual friend and we couldn’t have been more excited to help them find the right country property to call home. Mike took the lead on this one as he’s a country boy at heart. He took A&T by the hand and assured them he would lead them through the process with care and attention. After coming across a perfect starter home, he strategized with them and they took his lead which resulted in them acquiring the property they now call home. As young first time homebuyers, Mike came to us with high recommendations from a friend, and he exceed our needs much beyond what we could have ever imagined. Mike was a pleasure to work with and would be my first choice and recommendation for any relating experiences in the future. M&J couldn’t wait to find their first home together. They were very specific about the size of property as they had 2 fur babies and wanted a large lot. They narrowed down the area and their wish list and we began to search. The home buying process is a process of elimination rather than a process of selection. After seeing all the properties that were on the market in their preferred area and in their price range they came across a wonderful 3 bedroom bungalow with a park-size backyard. After some negotiating, M&J had an accepted offer! Although the yard needed to be fenced and there was a small list of things they wanted to do to make this home their own, they were very happy to be home owners and be able to welcome their first child into this home.
