It’s the time of year where home owners decorate their house in Halloween decor to create a spooky scene in preparation for trick or treaters. Sometimes when we view homes we come across some scary stuff. Here are some recent home horrors we have come across. Be afraid! Be VERY afraid!
Half a lamp shade works in a pinch to partially cover a ceiling light? I think a flush mount light cover can be purchased for a few dollars and would not only be ecstatically pleasing but safe.
This carpenter must have failed geometry!
Exterior electrical outlets are so usefully but should be properly covered. This horror screams that an accident is waiting to happen.
Looking at homes in the rain, although not ideal, is actually a great idea. This foundation crack could scare off certain home buyers. However, this is fixable and it’s a good thing the basement is not yet finished.
We couldn’t understand the thinking behind this tile installation. A new backsplash is on the list of ‘to do” items for this new home owner.
This last home horror had our buyers too scared to move forward with this home.
