Byron has been a sought after area for home buyers for years. Byron is adjacent to the Thames River in Southwest London. Byron was settled in 1804 when it was originally called Westminister and in 1961 it became a part of the City of London. Residents of Byron enjoy quick access to the largest urban park in the City of London – Springbank Park as well as the much loved year round Children’s’ attraction Storybook Gardens. There is a small commercial area that offers a few unique gift shops, coffee shops, restaurants, grocery store, bank, pet store and more.
Byron is the home of Boler Mountain, London’s only ski hill. The hill offers skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing in the winter and for mountain biking, hiking, zip lining, and beach volleyball in the summer.
Byron really has that village feel and is like its own little community just on the edge of the City of London.
